Wine tasting 2025 in De Wijnkerk! 24 november – 30 november

Summer is over, and even though the sun is still shining here (at the moment), it truly feels like autumn. As you all know, this hasn’t been our best year. We are therefore very much looking forward to closing off a difficult period. And we’d like to do that together with you in a festive way during our autumn tasting event.

We’ll be bringing a variety of new wines, freshly bottled just before shipping them to the Netherlands. We’re proud of the results and can’t wait for you to taste them.

There will again be an opportunity to dine at the Wijnkerk. This time, on Friday evening, we’ll all enjoy a cozy raclette meal — a hearty country-style dinner with bread, charcuterie, and sides, plus of course a starter and dessert, as you’ve come to expect from us in Minzac (all made by us!). After the meal, the raclette sets will be available for purchase — they’ve only been used once.

On Saturday evening, we’ll host a French six-course dinner, just like last year, with chef Tom Hartjes. He and his team will prepare delicious French-inspired dishes with a twist. We’ll provide the wine, which, as in Minzac, will simply be on the table. Space is limited, so be sure to sign up soon!

For the tasting days, you can just walk in (please respect our opening hours), and for both dinner evenings, reservations through our website are required.
