VANDENBELD Acacia

Made from 100% sauvignon which gives the wine an elegant freshness in the nose . After the fermentation the wine matures for over 6 weeks in barrels of new Acacia wood. This gives the wine a complexe smokey flavour with hints of abricots and honey. This rich wine is a perfect companion for fatty fish such as salmon or to drink with your cheesefondue or cheese platter.
