General Terms and Conditions

Our general conditiond apply to every reservation. Upon making a reservation for one of our guestrooms, you agree to our general conditions.

Deposit:
Your reservation is definitive once we have received your deposit. The deposit accounts for 30% of the total sum of your stay, for stays that are longer than two nights. For shorter stays, we require you to pay the total sum in advance. Meals are always accounted for on the spot.

Cancellation:
If you are unexpectatedly required to cancel your stay with us for whatever reason, please make sure you receive a confirmation of this from us. Without a confirmation, your cancellation is not taken into account.

We recommend you to take on a cancellation insurance. In case of cancellation, your deposit will not be refunded. Six weeks before the beginning of your stay with us, we ask you to complete the payment of the remaining sum of your stay.
In case of a cancellation within 14 days before your stay with us, the other costs (the remaining 70% of the sum of your stay) will still be charged. If you leave earlier, the complete sum will also be charged.

Check-in and check-out:
On the day of arrival, you are able to check-in after 4 PM. Check-out on the day of departure is at 10 AM. If you have made a reservation for dinner, you are required to be present before 7.30 PM.
A later check-out time may be possible, if asked.

Furniture around swimming pool, in the lounge and dining room:
We kindly ask you to use the furniture in our establishment in a considerate manner. In case of damaging we will have to charge this.

Smoking:
It is forbidden to smoke inside our Bed&Breakfast. Smoking ouside is permitted, on the condition that the other guests are not bothered by this.

Pets:
Pets are not allowed in our Bed&Breakfast, neither is our own cat. Furthermore, it is also forbidden to feed our cat.
