Made from mainly sauvignon blanc and Semillion gives our dry white ascent of citrus and exotic fruits. Discrete acids are making the wine fresh, playful fruity and sparkling.

Drink this wine as a perfect companion of a salad of lukewarm goats’ cheese sprinkled with honey or as an aparitif with your best friends.
